Methodology: You choose a set of people who work with us, or we employ, and at preferential rates, as they all would act on your instructions, but we would replace them if they left, or were not working out, and we would manage them and the work assigned. This can work if you can provide a minimum of 10 persons, and are clear on the fact that they would be managed from a technical and work assignment perspective by your organisation, with day-to-day and administrative management by us. This model works for long-term engagements ranging between 1-4 years.

We set up the virtual practice for you, with a dedicated sourcing Team that cater to your various business sourcing needs with the ability to quickly scale up in the ECM / BPM space. We can create a managed service around your need, a simulated work environment where resources follow your internal processes, methodologies etc. We maintain a bench or a resource pool in order to provide you near zero attrition and the ability to scale up whenever required in short notice.

You provide us the specific requirement, skills, experience etc. We provide you set of profiles from which you select your optimal set of resources. Till the time you are not satisfied with the right resource, we keep supplying the profiles and keep arranging the interviews with your technical team. Your requirement takes priority against all other resource requirements. Once, the resources are on-board for you, you start paying for them at a value, substantially discounted against our standard professional services rate. Once we sign-up a formal contract or you issue a Purchase Order (PO), the designated resources start working on your engagements within your timeframe, following your work methodology, your process.

An engagement begins only when we receive an order. There may be many engagements going on in parallel at the same time. The order may refer to an engagement, which will start 3 months later or it may refer to one that begins the next day. Given standard lead times of disengaging from projects, recruitment, training, the order has to be placed well in advance to ensure prompt action and timely delivery. The order can be a piece of paper or an email, but it MUST have a specific order number, so that we can distinguish between an expression of interest and a specific order.

Responsibility: You will manage the resources from a technical and work assignment perspective while we will manage day-to-day administration. We ensure zero attrition, keep track of whether resources are adhering to the standards, structures, procedures laid down by you. We constantly seek your feedback for us to ensure that you are empowered by the overall impact.
