Description: You sub-contract the implementation services to us, we implement it for you with ownership and accountability, adhering to the milestones, desired quality level as mutually agreed.

Methodology: You provide a clear statement of work with desired deliverables against a particular requirement. It could be a whole or a part of a large project as well. The process kicks-off through a Letter of Intent from your end expressing your desire to work with us on a particular engagement. Based on the above, we nominate a CRM and Project Lead to engage with you / your team and understand the requirement diligently. It may so happen that the requirement demands our team to travel to the engagement locations and if that is desired by you, the costs at actuals would be deemed to be borne by you.

Once the requirement gathering and understanding stage is over, we provide you with a detailed scope of work, the number of resources required to complete the implementation with some sample profiles, a brief project plan with clear deliverables and milestones, commercials from our end. At this point of time, we would share our internal quality measures, development methodologies with you. Should you find them fine, we will adhere to those procedures else, we are happy to adhere to your recommended processes for delivery and quality.

Once all the formalities are done, all aspects are negotiated and we secure your sign-off, we expect a PO from you. We typically take 2-3 weeks from the date of receipt of PO, to initiate the implementation. During such time, we ensure the infrastructure and logistics (visas etc) are in place, pertinent information is exchanged, designated resources are made available, assigned to the project and given an adequate brief on the project.

Finally, we mutually decide a date for the project kick-off. During the engagement, we adhere to certain review mechanisms, project management methodologies. We keep you abreast of them as we progress.

Responsibility: In this scenario, the entire responsibility and ownership reside with us. Whatever we commit on the deadlines, timeframes and quality of deliverables, we ensure we maintain that and are accountable for it.

Value Proposition: The value proposition in this scenario completely depends on the kind of requirements, expertise involved, timeframe etc. There is no fixed rate applied in this scenario. Billing takes place either on monthly basis or by attaining specific milestones. If the billing happens based on milestones, those milestones are mutually agreed and specified in the formal proposal.
