IntelliCapture

Is part of Intelli Suite, a collection of valuable applications based on IBM's products aimed to acclerate your business. These products offer our customers more choices for integrated and comprehensive enterprise content management solutions.

IntelliCapture converts paper documents into images and stores them into an ECM repository, enabling users to search and view documents with a click of a button.

IntelliCapture is a production level document capturing solution. It is built to provide an affordable and effective solution to an organization's document capture needs.

IntelliCapture can capture large volumes of documents and then provide image cleanup, quality checking, indexing, index verification, and release to a production imaging system. IntelliCapture has also other features like Work distribution and Load Balancing.

IntelliArchive

Is a personal Document Imaging System with CD based archival and retrieval features. The product is built to fit into any organization where distribution of data is critical. The capability of distributing data in the most economical and efficient manner is facilitated by using Intelli.Archive. It extends to enterprise level document imaging systems; and is tightly integrated with IBM Content Manager.

Two scenarios are ideal for the use of IntelliArchive along with IBM Content Manager:

• Remote unconnected offices, where IntelliArchive would enable scanning of the documents, release into a CD or Batch file, that can be transported or batch uploaded into the Central Content Manager system.
• Distribution of Content Manager information to non-CM users. Using IntelliArchive, a CD or many CD's are cut, containing specific Content Manager documents. The CD contains the images and indices, which, when inserted into a non Content Manager Client PC, will install a small IntelliArchive Imaging system on that PC, and thus enable the person to view, print or share these images. Searching across the indices is naturally built into the solution.

IntelliArchive is built with a user-friendly interface for users and is equipped with the following features :

• Provides a client for scanning, indexing documents and storing into IntelliArchive.
• Scanning client equipped with image controls like image cleaning, zoom in/out features etc.
• CD based archiving
• Distribution of content on CD's, Intelli.Archive database through e-mail in the most efficient manner by the decreasing the file size to 1:5 ratios.
• Provides a viewer for users who do not have Intelli.Archive software in-stalled on their machines
• Enables export and import of data from Content Manager along with the index values
