Description
We simply provide the resources with specific skill sets. Your team would manage the resources, assign them work – just as if they were your own employees. Methodology From the latest skill matrix, Service Menu Card of AWPL, you match the areas, skills with your requirement. You provide us pertinent information on the requirement such as
Once we receive this information, we typically take a day or two to revert to you with profiles of the appropriate candidates that best suit the requirements along with their date of availability. Now, you review those profiles and sometimes, choose to have a discussion with the candidates. We arrange that. Once these formalities are done, we request for a Purchase Order (PO), against which the logistic process is triggered - releasing the candidate from his/her present assignment (if required), visas, ticketing etc. It typically takes 1-3 weeks depending on the location of the engagement (for ex. it takes 4 working days for a visa to be issued for any UK assignment from the date of availability of the candidate). Once, the resources are assigned and across the period of engagement, the resources do what they are asked to do, no question asked. We keep track of the engagement by having a weekly or fortnightly discussion with you and the resources. Responsibility We are not accountable for the outcome produced by the resources during and after the engagement. We are not responsible for the quality and timeliness of the deliverable. However, we make every effort to ensure that you win. |
